DOI error reports are not for members or end users to report errors to Crossref or our support team. We don’t see these DOI error reports ourselves. DOI error reports are meant to be mechanisms for end users (e.g., researchers, publishers, editors) to flag DOIs that are unregistered but presumably should be registered to the Crossref member responsible for registering the DOI being reported. We email those DOI error reports to the technical contact for the member responsible for registering the DOI.
So if reporting an unregistered DOI at doi.org - the DOI error report - on DOI prefix 10.15648, we will email that report to the technical contact at Universidad del Atlantico, the member responsible for that prefix.
Which DOIs - I need a complete DOI - suffix and prefix (like this example 10.15648/Collectivus.vol7num2.2020.2671) - are not registered with us?
