Got message: DOI Not Found on

Hi dears,
I have some issue in the DOI on our journal, we got error on it.
Our doi is
10.25130
Can you help us for that?

If you try to resolve a DOI using the DOI proxy URL https://doi.org/{DOI} and you’re redirected to an error page on doi.org that says “DOI Not Found” it means that DOI is not registered yet.

And, if your DOIs haven’t been registered, that can only mean one of two things.

  1. Either you never submitted the metadata deposit(s) to register those DOIs

  2. Or, you submitted the metadata deposit(s), but they failed due to some kind of XML formatting or metadata discrepancy error.

If you believe you have submitted metadata deposits to register the missing DOIs, please email us at support@crossref.org and include the submission ID numbers or copy of the submission logs for those metadata deposits. Each should contain a relevant error message that points to why the deposit failed to register your DOIs. We’ll be happy to investigate further, with that additional information.
