How to fix "DOI Not Found"

I received a notification like this

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

<doi_batch_diagnostic status=“completed” sp=“ds3.crossref.org”>
<submission_id>1500763680</submission_id>
<batch_id>_1623387720</batch_id>
<record_diagnostic status=“Failure” msg_id=“29”>

Deposited XML is not well-formed or does not validate: Error on line 1: Content is not allowed in prolog.: Error on line 1: Content is not allowed in prolog.
</record_diagnostic>
<batch_data>
<record_count>1</record_count>
<success_count>0</success_count>
<warning_count>0</warning_count>
<failure_count>1</failure_count>
</batch_data>
</doi_batch_diagnostic>

What is the meaning of that and what should I do? Thank you
OJS 3.1.2.4

Hello,

That is a strange one as the error message and upon checking the submission we received it looks like some formatting in the file makes the system think it is a .txt file even though the extension of the file is .xml. Did you deposit this directly from OJS 3.1.2.4 or did you export the XML file and upload manually to the system here?

I would suggest trying to deposit the content to us again and see if you get the same result and send me over the submission ID if you do.

Thanks,
Paul
