Issues with the abstract exclusion filter in Similarity reports

Users of iThenticate v1 are currently unable to exclude abstracts from Similarity reports. When the abstract exclusion filter is applied in the viewer in the Similarity report, the abstract is not excluded from the report.

Turnitin are aware of the issue and are working on a fix.

Turnitin continue working on a fix and estimate that a fix should be ready by the end of next week.

The abstract exclusion bug has been added to Turnitin’s iThenticate Known Issues page.
