Getting referenced-by works from a DOI with beta/relationships?

Hello,

I am interested in retrieving a list of works which have referenced specific dois.
I am aware of the is-reference-by-count return in the production API, but is it possible to retrieve the list of works instead of the count.

Hi again. And, apologies for that delay.

Access to the lists of citing items is limited to just Crossref members. It’s one of the few things that isn’t fully open to the public.
