Hello, I have registered the data of an issue through webdeposit. I always do it by this means and had not had problems, but recently 4 of the 7 articles registered do not show their metadata in https://search.crossref.org
What is this about? I hope you can guide me to show the metadata
Greetings

Hi @Luis_Aviles ,
Thanks for your message. I assume the four articles in question were all successfully registered with us? That is, did you receive a success message for those DOIs in the email submission log we returned to you?
Also, it can take a few hours from your successful registration until your DOIs appear in our APIs and search interface. How long has it been since you completed your submission through the web deposit form?
Could you provide me with a submission ID for the DOIs in question so I may take a closer look for you?
Thanks in advance,
Isaac
Dear Issac, the article was registered successfully, I attach a reference image.
The registration was carried out on March 22 so they should already be correctly loaded even with the waiting time.
Submission ID: 1493298296
Thanks in advance

Thank you very much for your support.
I took on the task of reviewing the rest of the journal’s doi and found the same problem in the following submissions: 1493294817 and 1493291485. Could you help me again?
Additionally, I would like to know the reason for these small errors that can be generated, and if it is necessary to contact you or as users we can solve it.
Thanks for the attention.

Hi @Luis_Aviles,
These DOIs have all been registered with us and are available in our search interface and APIs, as you can see below. There are no errors. What errors are you seeing with these DOIs?
Once you receive a submission log with a success message, that means that the DOIs in your submission have been registered. At that stage, your DOIs will resolve when you click their DOI links (e.g., https://doi.org/10.29104/phi-aqualac/2010-v2-1-01). But, there is a time lag between when a DOI is registered and can be resolved and when that same DOI appears in our search interface and APIs. It usually takes a couple hours from the registration for a DOI to appear in search.crossref.org and api.crossref.org. In some cases, it can take 24 hours.
